Back in January '08, I posted this bouncy tune played along with a pipe drone. You can still hear it right here.


I thought it would be nice to revisit Hop and Skip without the long introduction and the drone that was in the original post... so now it's on youtube.

Hop and Skip sounds fine in D on the C/G Anglo Concertina. That's where I'm playing it in the video on my vintage 30 button Bastari.


It also works well transposed down to C or up to G on the same instrument.
